The invention discloses a device for pumping out hand-cranked hydraulic oil to detect gas content. The device comprises an oil storage container which comprises an oil storage cavity, an oil inlet andan oil outlet; a first valve is arranged at the oil inlet, and a second valve is arranged at the oil outlet; a hand-cranked handle arranged on the oil storage container and comprising a first end anda second end, wherein the first end extends into the oil storage cavity; a rotating part arranged on the first end of the hand-cranked handle, wherein the hand-cranked handle drives the rotating partto rotate; a thorn ball arranged on the rotating part; and a liquid pumping mechanism comprising an infusion pump, wherein an infusion port of the infusion pump communicates with the oil outlet, andthe hydraulic oil in the oil storage cavity is pumped out through the infusion pump.
