Summary: | The invention discloses an antibacterial formaldehyde-free UV blockboard and a preparation technology thereof. The blockboard comprises a base material, an antibacterial layer and a UV curing layer which are sequentially arranged, wherein the antibacterial layer contains formaldehyde removing and bacteria resisting microspheres; each formaldehyde removing and bacteria resisting microsphere comprises a nanometer polymer hollow microsphere of which the center is permeated by water-in-oil droplets; each water-in-oil droplet comprises bamboo vinegar liquid at the outer layer, and a sodium hydroxide water solution at the inner layer; and titanium dioxide aerosol particles are dispersed in the sodium hydroxide water solutions.
