The invention discloses a method for realizing local zero configuration based on a burned-in address of an emergency broadcast adapter. The method is applied to the technical field of configuration ofthe emergency broadcast adapters. The method mainly comprises the following steps: (1) uniformly curing a management address when the emergency broadcast adapter leaves a factory; (2) logging in theemergency broadcast adapter by the remote configuration terminal through the fixed management address of the emergency broadcast adapter, and setting a current network configuration management addressaccording to the planning table; and (3) the remote configuration terminal configuring and managing the emergency broadcast adapter through the current network. The burned-in address of the emergencybroadcast adapter is used, the emergency broadcast adapter is logged in remotely through the VLAN, and the defects that a local serial port is needed for configuring the emergency broadcast adapter,equipment cannot be logged in
