The method comprises the steps: collecting storage information by a wireless storage monitoring terminal; generating and broadcasting a data extraction message by a smart storage control center; in response to the received data extraction message, determining whether storage information needing to be sent to thesmart storage control center exists by the wireless storage monitoring terminal; if not, collecting storage information continuously by the wireless storage monitoring terminal, not analyzing the dataextraction message, and not sending the message to the smart storage control center; if so, analyzing the data extraction message by the wireless warehousing monitoring terminal to obtain random timelength information; determining a maximum random waiting time length by the wireless storage monitoring terminal; and determining a random sending time by the wireless storage monitoring terminal based on the maximum random wa
