Summary: | The invention belongs to the field of masks, and concretely relates to a bacterial cellulose mask and a preparation method thereof. The method comprise the following steps: dissolving 6-carboxy fluorescein into N,N-dimethylformamide to obtain a 6-carboxy fluorescein solution; preparing N,N,N',N'-tetramethyl-O-(N-succinimidyl)urea tetrafluoroborate, N,N-diisopropylethylamine and 1,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-2-amino-2-deoxy-beta-D-glucopyranose hydrochloride and other compounds to obtain an additive, adding the additive to a basal medium, and then inoculating the sucrose yeast, and culturing to obtaina bacterial cellulose sample; performing treatment with a 2% NaOH solution, washing with deionized water, and drying to obtain the bacterial cellulose mask. The bacterial cellulose mask of the present invention has a pore size of mostly between 10 and 20 nm, and the structure is extremely dense, which is much smaller than the diameter of fibroblasts, epithelial cells, and smaller than the diameter of most microorganisms. |
