Summary:The invention relates to a medicine-polymer conjugate having high affinity on cryptococcus neoformans as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the field of polymers of pharmaceutical preparations. According to the medicine-polymer conjugate disclosed by the invention, amphotericin B is modified on the surfaces of polylactic acid-poly lactic-co-glycolic acid-polyethyleneglycol-N and hydroxysuccinimide, and a structure of the medicine-polymer conjugate is shown in a general formula I. The medicine-polymer conjugate disclosed by the invention has the high affinity on the cryptococcus neoformans, and has high biocompatibility and biodegradability.
