The invention discloses an EM cable for an underwater three-dimensional observation network system. The cable comprises insulating wire cores, a shielding layer, a foaming extrusion molding lining layer, flexible reinforcing members, an inner sheath, an armor and an outer sheath. Every two insulating wire cores are twisted to form a twisted pair, and the shielding layer and the foaming extrusion molding lining layer are sequentially arranged on the periphery of the twisted pair to form a twisted pair group, wherein a plurality of twisted pair groups are regularly twisted to form a cable; the inner sheath is extruded outside the formed cable, and the plurality of flexible reinforcing members are respectively and uniformly arranged in gaps between the formed cable and the inner sheath; the outer sheath is arranged on the periphery of the inner sheath, and the armor is arranged between the inner sheath and the outer sheath. Through the above technical scheme, the cable provided by the invention has the advantage
