The invention provides a device for realizing the corrosion prevention of seawater equipment by utilizing solar power generation. A power generation module is composed of a plurality of photovoltaic panels to form a photovoltaic panel assembly, a control module comprises a controller and a potentiostat, the photovoltaic panel assembly is connected with a storage battery pack in an energy storage module, and the storage battery pack is connected with an electrochemical corrosion prevention module through a potentiostat; and the electrochemical corrosion prevention module comprises an anode electrode, a reference electrode and seawater equipment, wherein the reference electrode is arranged around the corresponding seawater equipment, the controller is connected with the anode electrode, thereference electrode and the seawater equipment through the potentiostat, and the constant potential instrument controls the output of a proper potential difference according to the electric potentialsignal returned by the ref
