Summary: | The invention provides a preparation method of a metal oxide modified niobium phosphate catalyst. The preparation method comprises following steps: 1, a mixed solution of phosphoric acid and a surfactant is prepared; 2, a pentavalent niobium soluble salt solution and a soluble metal salt solution are added into the mixed solution drop by drop so as to obtain an emulsion, wherein the soluble metalsalt solution is one or two selected from chlorides or nitrates of tetravalent tin, trivalent chromium, trivalent aluminium, divalent zinc, and divalent lead; 3, the emulsion is subjected to crystallization at 80 to 180 DEG C so as to obtain a milk white precipitate; and 4, the milk white precipitate is subjected to filtering, washing, and roasting so as to obtain the metal oxide modified niobiumphosphate catalyst, wherein the roasting temperature is controlled to be 300 to 800 DEG C.
