Summary: | The invention discloses a technology of continuously preparing active components of spores of bamboo fungi. A polysaccharide extraction technology is optimized; in a protein removing step, proteins are obtained in the first step; in a grease removing step, ethanol that is recovered in an alcohol precipitation step is extracted again; in the alcohol precipitation step, ethanol can precipitate polysaccharides and is capable of extracting micromolecular active substances in the solution, and thus the ethanol phase can be further separated and extracted to obtain various active substances. The designed extraction process route can continuously extract bamboo fungus spores; valuable components: polypeptides, polysaccharides, and micromolecular active substances are obtained in sequence; and bamboo fungus spores are fully utilized.
