Summary: | The invention provides a preparation method of a functionalized graphene quantum dot/titanium dioxide composite material. According to the method, first titanium (IV) isopropoxide is used as a titanium source, polyvinylpyrrolidone is used as a dispersing agent, and titanium (IV) isopropoxide is dispersed in ethylene glycol at an acidic environment to obtain a titanium solution; then the titanium solution is subjected to the solvothermal reaction at 160-165 DEG C to obtain yellow flower-shaped titanium dioxide; yellow titanium dioxide is subjected to calcination to obtain flower-shaped titaniumdioxide; and the flower-shaped titanium dioxide and N-doped graphene quantum dots are ultrasonically dispersed in ultrapure water and placed in an autoclave for carrying out the hydrothermal reactionto obtain the titanium dioxide/graphene quantum dot composite material.
