The PPTC resistance film comprises a PPTC resistance layer, a first conductive layer, a second conductive layer, a first protection layer and a second protection layer. The resistance-temperature change trend of the resistance of the PPTC resistance layer along with the temperature is opposite to the power density-temperature change trend of the power density of the PPTC resistance layer along with the temperature. When the PPTC resistance film is in a low-temperature environment, the PPTC resistance film is low in resistance and high in power density, and the PPTC resistance film is heated, so that the PPTC resistance film can be rapidly heated.
