The invention discloses a spraying device with multilayer filtration convenient for replacement of filter cottons. The spraying device comprises a support frame, a spraying roller and a paint treatment box; a worktable is fixedly welded under the inner wall of the support frame; a conveying belt is mounted at the upper end of the worktable; a first driving motor is mounted at the back end of the conveying belt; filter top plates are fixedly bonded at the top ends of a first filter plate and a second filter plate; slots are formed in the surfaces of the filter top plates; pushing plates are inserted above the first filter plate and the second filter plate; a drainage plate is connected to the lower side wall of the paint treatment box by screws; and a drying mechanism is mounted on the outer side wall of the support frame.
