A GOA circuit is optimized, the GOA unit composed of 14 thin film transistors and 2 capacitors is adopted to achieve the functions of pulling up/down node signals, conducting time sequence control and amplifying output signals respectively, the performance of a GOA circuit can be guaranteed, meanwhile, the usage amount of gridchips is reduced, and therefore the effect of a narrow frame of the display device is achieved, and the production cost is reduced. 本发明揭露一种GOA电路及GOA驱动显示装置，通过优化GOA电路，采用由14个薄膜晶体管和2个电容器组成的GOA单元，分别实现拉高/拉低节点信号、时序控制、放大输出信号的功能，能够在保证GOA电路性能的同时，减少栅极芯片的使用量，从而实现显示装置窄边框的效果并降低生产成本。
