The invention provides an automatic carbon dioxide generating device for an agricultural greenhouse. The device comprises a gas conveying guide pipe, a switch and a biogas lamp; a first side plug is of a structure same as that of a conical cover and is fixedly connected to a conical threaded hole in one side of one fertilizer taking tank through threads to seal the hole; outer circles at the leftand right outer ends of a tee tube are of stepped shaft structures and are provided with threaded holes and spirally connected to the opposite sides of two taking fertilizer tanks; a connection base is similar to the conical cover in structure and is internally provided with a circular hole. The device can fully utilize waste in the greenhouse and reduce the cost input, the waste is temporarily stored, and biogas is generated; carbon dioxide can be obtained by burning the biogas, the temperature of the inside of the greenhouse can be raised, the stored waste can also be used as organic fertilizer after being decompose
