Summary:The invention provides a non-burning slow-release artificial aggregate prepared from steel slag-based solid waste and a preparation method thereof. The steel slag-based non-burning slow-release artificial aggregate is prepared from material A powder and a solution B, wherein the material A powder comprises steel slag powder, granulated blast furnace slag powder, fly ash, desulfurized gypsum and adensifier, and the solution B comprises water glass, sodium hydroxide, a polycarboxylate superplasticizer, citric acid and water. The preparation method comprises (1) preparing the material A powder,and then putting the material A powder into a ball forming machine; (2) preparing the solution B; (3) spraying the prepared solution B into the material A powder in the ball forming machine; (4) stacking spherical artificial aggregate and covering with a plastic film, and naturally curing for several hours to obtain the artificial aggregate finished product.
