According to the invention, the whole optical cable line can be monitored remotely and online, the optical cable resource information of each monitoring station ismonitored in real time for effective test and analysis, faults can be found in time and are alarmed, the optical cable faults can be effectively reduced and prevented, the fault point coordinates of the faults of the optical c
