The invention relates to a negative-pressure air flowing cooling device. The device comprises an exhaust fan and a remote controller, wherein a signal receiver is arranged on the exhaust fan, a numerical control chip is arranged in the exhaust fan, and the signal receiver is connected with the numerical control chip; a motor, a shutter and a plurality of fan blades are arranged on the exhaust fan,wherein the motor is connected with the fan blades, and the motor and the shutter are connected with the numerical control chip; and the exhaust fan is connected with a wind direction inductor, and the wind direction inductor is connected with the numerical control chip in the exhaust fan. According to the device, air convection between the indoor and the outdoor is accelerated through negative pressure generated by utilizing the space, so that indoor and outdoor temperature exchange is accelerated, the use cost is low, and the effect is good; the indoor temperature can be reduced by 2-8 DEGC in different areas; the
