Summary: | The invention relates to double-scale TiC particle compound reinforced low alloy super wear-resistant steel which is prepared from the following chemical components in percent by weight: 0.18-0.60% ofC, 0.30-1.20% of Si, 1.00-3.00% of Mn, 0.20-0.40% of Cr, 0.2-1.00% of Ti, 0.10-0.50% of Mo, 0.0005-0.003% of B, less than or equal to 0.005% of S, less than or equal to 0.015% of P and the balance iron and inevitable impurity elements, wherein the contents of C and Ti meet a relationship as follows: C%-Ti% is greater than or equal to 0.10% but less than or equal to 0.40%. The low alloy super wear-resistant steel contains double-scale TiC particles: micron TiC particles and nanoscale TiC particles which are distributed uniformly. A preparation method of the super wear-resistant steel comprisesthe following steps: smelting, consolidation forming, rolling, cooling and thermal treatment.
