A method of generating an electronic 3D roaming environment of a target environment, comprising: shooting a panoramic image at a first position point in a target environment; measuring an initial direction when a camera shoots a panoramic image; moving through the target environment, shooting a surrounding live image at each position point, and measuring the direction of the camera; determining whether a new panorama needs to be taken at a current position point of the camera in a current direction of the camera; identifying a sub-image matched with the shot live image in the panoramic image shot last time; needing a new panoramic image, if the sub-images cannot be identified; and generating an electronic 3D roaming environment by connecting the photographed panorama. 一种生成目标环境的电子3D漫游环境的方法，包括：在目标环境中的第一位置点拍摄全景图；测量相机拍摄全景图时的初始方向；移动经过目标环境，在每个位置点拍摄周围的实况图像，并测量相机的方向；确定是否需要以相机的当前方向在相机的当前位置点拍摄新的全景图，包括：在上次拍摄的全景图中识别出与拍摄的实况图像匹配的子图像；如果无法识别子图像，则需要新的全景图；并通过连接拍摄的全景图生成电子3D漫游环境。
