A pivoting gas/liquid dissolution device according to the present invention comprises: a dissolution case; an introduction port provided outside the same; a gas/liquid separation inducing means provided inside the same such that introduced dissolution water and insoluble gas are separated; and a discharge port provided outside the dissolution case. The introduction port comprises an introduction tube connected to the dissolution case, an insertion tube inserted into the same, and an intake tube connected to the insertion tube. The discharge port is structured to have a discharge channel formedtherein so as to communicate with the interior of the dissolution case. The gas/liquid separation inducing means comprises a first gas/liquid separation guide tube which contacts the discharge-side front end surface of the dissolution case, and which is spaced from the opposite-side front end surface of the dissolution case, and a second gas/liquid separation guide tube configured such that one end thereof is spaced from
