Summary:The present invention provides a soft magnetic alloy which includes nanocrystal parts and amorphous parts. The nanocrystal parts include [alpha]Fe(-Si) as a main component, and include at least one ofelements selected from B, P, C, Ti, Zr, Hf, Nb, Ta, Mo, V, W, Cr, Al, Mn, Zn, and Cu as a sub-component. When a total content ratio of the sub-component in the nanocrystal parts is set as [alpha] (at%), and a total content ratio of the sub-components of the nanocrystal parts included in the amorphous parts is set as [Beta](at %), 0.01<=([alpha]/[Beta])<=0.40, and a crystallinity degree is 5% ormore and 70% or less. 本发明提供一种包含纳米结晶部及非晶质部的软磁性合金。纳米结晶部作为主成分含有αFe(-Si),作为副成分含有选自B、P、C、Ti、Zr、Hf、Nb、Ta、Mo、V、W、Cr、Al、Mn、Zn、Cu中的一种以上的元素。将纳米结晶部中的副成分的合计含有比例设为α(at%),且将上述非晶质部所包含的上述纳米结晶部的副成分的合计含有比例设为β(at%),0.01≤(α/β)≤0.40,结晶化度为5%以上且70%以下。
