The present invention relates to a crystal oscillator and a method of manufacturing the crystal oscillator. The crystal oscillator (1) is provided with: a first oscillation circuit (13) which oscillates a crystal resonator (12) at a first frequency; a first impedance adjustment circuit (17) which adjusts the impedance of a first oscillation system having the crystal resonator (12) and the first oscillation circuit (13); a second oscillation circuit (14) which oscillates the crystal resonator (12) at a second frequency different from the first frequency; a second impedance adjustment circuit (18) which adjusts the impedance of a second oscillation system having the crystal resonator (12) and the second oscillation circuit (14); and a control circuit (19) which controls the first impedance adjustment circuit (17) and the second impedance adjustment circuit (18).
