Nano UiO-67-NH2 is a nanomaterial obtained from zirconium salt and organic carboxylic acid as raw materials with a solvothermal method, and crystal morphology of the nanomaterial is modified with a modifier. Nano UiO-67-NH2 has particle size of 90-300 nm, specific surface area of 240.14-300 m .g<-1> and pore volume of 415-450 cm .g<-1>. A finished product of nano UiO-67-NH2 is used for loading a drug such as camptothecin, the drug loading rate can reach 36.53w%-38.23w%, controlled slow release can be achieved, and the problems of low drug loading rate, uncontrolled drug burst release and the like of the traditional drug delivery system are solved. 本发明公开了一种纳米UiO-67-NH及其制备方法和应用,所述纳米UiO-67-NH采用了溶剂热法,以锆盐和有机羧酸为原料,并通过用调节剂调节晶体形貌得到的纳米材料,所述纳米UiO-67-NH的粒径范围在90~300nm之间,其的比表面积为240.14~300m·g,孔容为415~450cm·g。再将其成品用于加载药物,如喜树碱,其载药率可达36.53~38.23w%,且可控制缓释放克服了传统给药系统的低载药率和不受控制的药物突释等问题。
