The invention provides a dynamic wireless intelligent charging system and method for an electric vehicle. The system and the method are used for wireless charging of the electric vehicle passing through a power transmission area. The system is characterized by including a control unit, a measurement unit, a signal receiving unit, a wireless charging unit, a supply wire and a power distribution unit, wherein the measurement unit and the signal receiving unit are connected with the control unit, the wireless charging unit is arranged on a road surface of the power transmission area, the supply wire is electrically connected with the wireless charging unit, and the power distribution unit is arranged on a connection circuit of the wireless charging unit and the supply wire. A first executionspeed is generated according to the average of a first real-time vehicle speed and a second real-time vehicle speed, and thus the accurate measurement of the speed of the electric vehicle is ensured.According to the first exe
