Summary: | The invention provides a vertical surface emitting type laser structure and a production method. In the vertical surface emitting type laser structure, a light emergent direction is a P-surface lightemergent direction, and a heat dissipation direction is opposite to the light emergent direction, so that heat dissipation is not depended on a substrate structure, which is beneficial to high-efficiency heat dissipation; and moreover, a P electrode and an N electrode are positioned on the same side, and by arranging an N-type welding pad and a P-type welding pad, an electrode routing structure isnot required so as to reduce a packaging volume to a great degree.
