Summary: | The invention discloses a bus signal priority control method under a vehicle-road cooperation environment. The method comprises four steps of signal information acquisition and processing, bus operation information monitoring, signal time assignment time self-compression and compensation after a next period of signal which are successively performed. Through a vehicle-road cooperation system, a bus position is detected in real time, and a state of intersection signal light is determined when a bus arrives at a designated position. A signal time assignment scheme of the intersection is calculated and adjusted when the bus encounters red light. Waiting time for the bus to arrive at a signalized intersection is shortened as much as possible, and delay of bus operation is reduced. A bus priority is realized and simultaneously integral operation efficiency of a traffic system is improved.
