The invention provides a high-conductivity aluminum profile and a preparation method. The profile comprises the following components of, by mass, 0.46-0.50% of Mg, 0.36-0.40% of Si, 0.10-0.20% of Fe,less than or equal to 0.01% of Cu, less than or equal to 0.01% of Mn, less than or equal to 0.01% of Cr, less than or equal to 0.03% of Ti, less than or equal to 0.01% of Zn, impurities and the balance Al, wherein single impurity is less than or equal to 0.03%, the sum of the impurities is less than or equal to 0.10% and the sum content of all the components by weight is 100%. According to the high-conductivity aluminum profile and the preparation method, compared with an existing conventional 6063 aluminum profile, the conductivity of the profile is improved to 53% or above, the contents of main elements the Mg and the Si in an alloy are optimized, so that the contents of solid solution elements in the aluminum profile are reduced, the resistance coefficient of the aluminum profile is reduced, the conductivity of
