An automatic cleaning device for a sewage biological treatment tank body is disclosed. The device includes an annular slide rail in which a sliding side wall is slidably connected. The sliding side wall is provided with a plurality of vertically arranged ridges, is provided with a plurality of arc-shaped protrusions on the inner surface, and is connected to a rotation mechanism. A cleaning apparatus is installed in match with the sliding side wall and is fixed relative to the ground.
