The invention provides an automatic conveying and welding rotating device for a vertical tube well vertical pipeline and an using method thereof. The device comprises a base; longitudinal rulers are arranged on the left side and the right side of the base; a variable frequency servo motor, a transmission device and a rotating device are sequentially arranged between the two longitudinal rulers; the transmission device comprises an angular meshing gear and a transmission shaft; the angular meshing gear is driven by the transmission shaft to rotate around a horizontal shaft; the rotating devicecomprises a protective sleeve, a horizontal transmission gear and a fixed ring, the protective sleeve is fixed on the base, a hole allowing the angular meshing gear to penetrate through is formed in the side wall of the protective sleeve; the horizontal transmission gear is arranged in the protective sleeve and is in meshed connection with the angular meshing gear; the horizontal transmission gearis driven by the angular
