Summary: | The present invention discloses a microparticle purification device based on an electrostatic agglomeration technology. The device comprises a pre-charge device configured to allow microparticles to absorb charges of different polarity, and an electrostatic agglomeration device configured to generate an alternating electric field to allow the microparticles with the charges of different polarity to mutually impact and to be coagulated.
