The present invention relates to a makeup cosmetic composition comprising a mixture obtained by mixing, as a colorant, scoria, silica, a silicone oil, and an emulsifier, and then pulverizing the same.The makeup cosmetic composition of the present invention uses scoria as a natural mineral dye, thereby enabling natural and clear skin to be expressed while having low skin irritation. In addition, the makeup cosmetic composition of the present invention contains, as a colorant ingredient, silica, a silicone oil, and an emulsifier, and thus can be readily emulsified in the oily ingredients of a cosmetic composition, thereby enabling the amount of skin irritation causing surfactants to be reduced and having excellent stability in formulations. 本发明涉及一种化妆用化妆品组合物，其包含作为着色剂的将火山渣、二氧化硅、硅油和乳化剂混合并粉碎而获得的混合物。本发明的化妆用化妆品组合物使用火山渣作为天然矿物色素，对皮肤刺激性较小的同时也可以呈现出自然透亮的皮肤。此外，由于本发明的化妆用化妆品组合物包含作为着色剂成分的二氧化硅、硅油和乳化剂，因此易于乳化在化妆品组合物的油性成分中，从而可以减少可引起皮肤刺激的界面活性剂的含量，且具有优异得制剂内稳定性。
