The invention discloses a method for preparing a quality control product for a five-class blood cell analyzer. The method comprises: step one, preparing fixing liquid; step two, preparing blood cell preservation liquid; step three, carrying out preliminary fixation on whole blood for several hours, carrying out centrifugal separation, fixing red blood cells and blood platelets again for several hours and then carrying out centrifugal separation, washing a PBS buffer solution with the pH of 7.2 for various blood cells and removing the fixing liquid for standby; step four, allocating cell concentration values form first to third levels or from first to fifth levels for each standard; step five, adding the blood cell preservation liquid into the fixed blood cells, carrying out mixing, carrying out sampling detection, and carrying fine adjusting based on the detection result; and step six, after successful detection, carrying out subpackaging, labeling, and sampling and quality checking after packaging. Therefore
