Summary: | The invention relates to a long-acting glucagon-like peptide-1(GLP-1) analogue and a synthetic method thereof. GLP-1 is transformed to obtain the GLP-1 analogue with longer pharmacological action time, the combination of a conjugate and serum albumin can be increased, the action time of a peptide chain is prolonged, rapid filtration and enzyme metabolism inactivation of the kidney can be avoided,and therefore, the half-life period and in-vivo hypoglycemic action time of the compound are significantly prolonged.
