Summary: | The invention discloses a method for preparing a lithium cobalt oxide positive electrode material of a lithium ion battery by taking a Co-Li bimetallic metal-organic framework (MOFs) material as a precursor. The method comprises the following steps: carrying out ultrasonic mixing on cobalt acetate tetrahydrate, lithium hydroxide monohydrate and 1,3-isophthalic acid, carrying out a constant-temperature heating reaction to prepare the MOFs material, carrying out washing, drying and grinding, and then carrying out calcining in a nitrogen atmosphere and an air atmosphere to obtain the lithium cobalt oxide positive electrode material of the lithium ion battery. The preparation method disclosed by the invention not only can improve uniformity of the materials during mixing, but also greatly shortens the time required for calcining synthesis of lithium cobalt oxide, and crystal crystallinity and specific capacity of the prepared material are greatly improved.
