The invention relates to the field of driving assistance systems, and in particular to a rotating structure and an automobile data recorder. The rotating structure of a camera comprises: a rotating shaft for connecting the camera; a sleeve sleeve sleeved on the rotating shaft and disposed coaxially with the rotating shaft, wherein the sleeve sleeve is fixedly connected with a housing of an electronic product, and is also used for rotating relative to the rotating shaft in the axis direction of the rotating shaft; a fastening device sleeved on the rotating shaft and coaxially fixed with the rotating shaft, wherein the fastening device is used for fixing the shaft sleeve in the axis direction of the rotating shaft; and a locking member disposed on the housing of the electronic product and used for locking or unlocking the fastening device. The automobile data recorder comprises: a housing and a camera, wherein the automobile data recorder further comprises the rotating structure of the camera described above, a
