Summary: | The invention discloses a method for determining the optical working current of an MEMS methane sensor. The method comprises the steps that a starting current, a stepping current and an ending current, supplied to the MEMS methane sensor, of a current source are set, I-V data obtained through measurement is scanned, and current-resistance (I-R) data obtained through this time of measurement is obtained according to the ohm law; testing is repeated till a maximum resistance value appears, and I-V data obtained through this time of measurement is recorded as complete I-V data; and a maximum voltage difference value in the complete I-V data is found, and the current corresponding to the maximum voltage difference value is recorded as the optical working current I.
