According to the detection method, a test solution is prepared through 60% ethanol reflux extraction; octadecylsilane bonded silica gel is adopted as a fixed phase, and acetonitrile-water is adopted as a mobile phase; a specific ultraviolet dual-wavelength time series conversion sampling mode is adopted; and the characteristic qualitative fingerprint spectrum of the preparationand the content of the five main active components of the preparation can be measured with just one chromatographic condition required.
