The base (1) is sequentially provided with a wheel-in mechanism (2) and a wheel-out mechanism (4) arranged in a centralized cleaning chamber (3). The wheel-in mechanism (2) comprises a wheel-in hydraulic push rod (201), a wheel-in push rod (204), and a slider (203) which can slide back and forth in the wheel-in direction, one end of the wheel-in hydraulic push rod (201) is fixed on the base (1), the other end of the wheel-in hydraulic push rod (201) is provided with a wheel-in strut (202), one end of the wheel-in push rod (204) is fixed on the slider (203), the other end of the wheel-in push rod (204) is connected with the wheel-in strut (202), the wheel-out mechanism (4) comprises a wheel-out hydraulic push rod (401) with one end fixed on the base (1), and a wheel-out push rod (402) which is connected with the wheel-out hydraulic push rod (401) and rises and falls u
