Summary:A power control device according to the present invention has a ring-shaped substrate having a through-hole formed therein and having a connector provided in a peripheral section thereof and drives anelectrical motor. On the substrate, a power semiconductor module is mounted in a first region, which is on one side with respect to a straight line connecting the center of the through-hole and the center of the connector, and a microcomputer is mounted in a second region, which is on the other side.
