Summary:The invention relates to an aqueous hydrogen peroxide purification method for subjecting aqueous hydrogen peroxide to a reverse osmosis membrane separation treatment using a high-pressure reverse osmosis membrane separation device 3, wherein the high-pressure reverse osmosis membrane has a fine skin layer on the membrane surface thereof, when compared to low-pressure or ultra-low-pressure reverseosmosis membranes, and as a result, the amount of water which passes through the membrane per unit of applied pressure is low, and the removal rate of TOC and boron is high. Furthermore, it is preferable to subject the water which has passed through the high-pressure reverse osmosis membrane to an ion exchange treatment using an ion exchange device comprising two or more columns and filled with agel-type strong ion exchange resin. 本发明涉及一种过氧化氢水溶液的纯化方法,其中,将过氧化氢水溶液通过高压型逆渗透膜分离装置3进行逆渗透膜分离处理。与低压型或超低压型逆渗透膜相比,高压型逆渗透膜在膜表面具有较致密的表层,虽然每单位操作压力的膜透过水量低,但是TOC和硼的除去率高。高压型逆渗透膜透过水,优选进一步通过填充有凝胶型强离子交换树脂并且由2塔以上构成的离子交换装置,进行离子交换处理。
