Summary:The invention relates to a ternary-structure electrode, particularly a ternary-structure electrode for photoelectrocatalysis reduction of carbon dioxide. In the electrode, metalloporphyrin adopted asa light absorber and a catalytic reductant at the same time forms the ternary structure together with titanium dioxide nanocrystalline. Under visible light illumination and a certain bias voltage, theelectrode as a photoelectrocatalysis cathode can reduce and convert carbon dioxide in different electrolyte systems into carbon monoxide or methanol with a high conversion rate and high selectivity,and small amounts of hydrogen and methane are separated. In addition, the invention discloses a preparing method of the electrode, and applications of the electrode. 本发明涉及一种三元结构电极,特别是一种光电催化还原二氧化碳的三元结构电极,在该电极当中,金属卟啉同时作为光吸收剂与催化还原剂,与二氧化钛纳米晶构成的三元结构。在可见光的照射与一定的偏压下,该电极作为光电催化阴极能够在不同的电解液体系中将二氧化碳高转化率、高选择性的还原转化为一氧化碳或者甲醇,同时有少量的氢气与甲烷气体析出。另外,本申请中还记载了上述光电催化还原二氧化碳的三元结构电极的制备方法,以及上述光电催化还原二氧化碳的三元结构电极的应用。
