The invention provides a coral breeding device. The coral breeding device comprises a breeding platform, a breeding rack, a lifting mechanism, multiple breeding chains and multiple breeding plates. The breeding platform has buoyancy and floats on the water surface; the breeding rack is of a frame type structure, and is internally provided with breeding space; the breeding rack and the breeding platform are detachably connected and extend to the portion below the water surface; the lifting mechanism is fixed on the breeding platform and can lift the breeding rack to the top of the breeding platform; the breeding chains are arranged in the breeding rack; the breeding plates are used for bearing young corals and connected to the breeding chains; the breeding plates are arranged on each breeding chain at intervals and can ascend to the water surface along with lifting of the breeding rack. The coral breeding device has the advantages that the young corals are placed on the breeding platesand attached to the breed
