The invention provides a slag conveyor scraper plate monitoring system and a monitoring method thereof. The system comprises a detection element, a judgment module and an alarm stop module. The judgment module receives a signal of the detection element to mechanically judge the state of a scraper plate; and the alarm stop module receives the signal of the judgment module to stop a slag conveyor and gives an alarm. Through automatic monitoring, the system and method can control the slag conveyor to stop immediately when the scraper plate deforms or a chain breaks, thereby achieving an effect ofreducing equipment damage degree, and preventing causing chain hopping, jamming and blocking and breakage when the inclination angle of the scraper plate is larger than 15 degrees. 本发明提供的一种捞渣机刮板监测系统及其监测方法；包括检测元件、判定模块、报警停机模块，所述判定模块接收检测元件信号对刮板的状态机械判断，报警停机模块接收判定模块信号停运捞渣机并报警。本发明采用了自动监测，能在刮板出现变形、断链时控制立即停车，达到降低设备损坏程度的效果，避免刮板发生倾角大于15°时，造成链条跳槽卡涩断裂。
