The invention provides a liquid path system of a urine analyzer and an implementing method thereof, wherein, the system comprises a sample suctioning liquid path and a sample dropping liquid path. Thesample suctioning liquid path comprises a sample suctioning needle, a first communication valve connected with the sample suctioning needle through a first pipeline and a liquid suctioning syringe connected with the first communication valve through a second pipeline. The liquid dropping liquid path comprises a liquid dropping needle, a second communication valve connected with the liquid dropping needle through a third pipeline and a liquid dropping syringe connected with the third pipeline through a fourth pipeline.
