Summary: | The present invention relates to a method for acquiring an optimal closed-curved image by using multiple cameras and, particularly, provides an image providing method for producing one image by usingmultiple cameras having different capturing viewpoints and fixed to a rig. To this end, the image providing method comprises: a projection step for acquiring one image by projecting images obtained bymultiple cameras on a closed-curved projection surface, using parameter information; a rendering step for fitting the acquired one image into a quadrangular frame through a sampling procedure which is performed non-uniformly for each area; and a viewing step for mapping the sampled image to a viewing sphere.
