The present invention addresses the problem of providing a sandwich panel enabling to reduce the weight, and simplify the manufacture. A sandwich panel (1) of the present invention is provided with ametallic first plate material (2), a metallic second plate material (3), a rectangular frame-shaped metallic spacer unit (4), and a core material (5). The core material (5) is positioned in a region surrounded by the spacer unit (4), said region being a part of an area between the first plate material (2) and the second plate material (3). The spacer unit (4) is configured from a plurality of spacers (40) not bonded to each other.
