This manual transmission is provided with: a shift selection shaft head (2) fixed to a shaft (1); a selection inner lever (4) connected to the shift selection shaft head (2); a guide pin (6) formed integrally with the shift selection shaft head (2); and a guide plate (7) that engages with the guide pin (6).
