The preparation method of the ginger powder comprises crushing rhizoma zingiberis to obtain the ginger powder. The ratio of the ginger powder to the solvent is 1 kg to (3 to 5) L. The solvent is one of dichloromethane, ethyl acetate, acetone,diethyl ether or an ethanol solution with a volume fraction of 50% to 95%.
