Summary:The invention discloses novel application of Lactobacillus casei Zhang (L.casei Zhang) to improvement of acute renal injury and prevention of renal interstitial fibrosis. The result of construction ofa mouse bilateral renal ischemia reperfusion renal injury model shows that L. Casei Zhang can significantly improve renal function, reduce TECs damage, reduce the secretion of inflammatory factors and macrophage infiltration, reduce intestinal injury and inflammatory reaction, effectively improve intestinal permeability, increase renal weight/body weight, reduce collagen deposition at the later stage of I/R, and reduce the expression of fibrosis-related factors alpha-SMA and Col-I, indicating that the L.casei Zhang can alleviate acute renal injury induced by I/R and secondary chronic renal interstitial fibrosis, and lays a basis for clinical treatment of renal injury. 本发明公开了干酪乳杆菌Zhang(L.casei Zhang)在改善急性肾损伤,防治肾间质纤维化中的新用途。通过构建小鼠双侧肾脏缺血再灌注肾损伤模型,结果发现:L.Casei Zhang能明显改善肾功能,减轻TECs损伤,减少肾脏炎症因子分泌和巨噬细胞浸润,减少肠道损伤及炎症反应,有效改善肠道
